Troon is seeking a General Manager for SeaFlower in Bradenton, FL. This executive will lead overall operations, drive member and guest experiences, and ensure financial performance within a community setting.

The role requires strategic direction, budget stewardship, team development, and strong community relations. CAM licensed professionals are preferred, and growth within a global hospitality organization is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience may be accepted.
• Florida CAM License is preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all community operations.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets and financial reports.
• Mentor and develop department leaders and associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HR procedures, safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and long-term planning of club facilities.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership and community engagement.
• Foster collaborative, service-focused culture and strong relationships.
• Directly supervise department leaders.
• Maintain involvement in industry organizations and ongoing development.
