Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee Wright's Bar and Spire Bar, combining luxury beverage programs with exceptional guest service in a high-volume resort setting.

Lead daily operations, manage budgets and staffing, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver outstanding experiences while driving profitability and guest satisfaction across both venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, kitchen operations, and food cost control.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for service efficiency and consistency.
• Recruit, train, and lead outlet staff forming a cohesive team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take action to enhance service quality.
• Assist in marketing events, promotions, and revenue-driving activities.
