Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is seeking a Bar & Beverage Manager to lead the property's beverage program and oversee The Mansion Bar, ensuring luxury service across all outlets and events. You will partner with leadership to craft innovative menus, drive revenue, and uphold premium standards in guest experiences.

This role requires strong team leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality excellence, within a luxury hotel setting.

Formación

• Extensive beverage leadership experience in luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or award-winning bar environment.
• Strong understanding of beverage operations including wines, spirits, cocktails, beer, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage high-performing teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the property's beverage program and oversee The Mansion Bar.
• Develop and execute beverage strategy across outlets, banquets, events, and activations to reflect luxury positioning.
• Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and ensure exceptional guest service and compliance.
