Job summary

The Arizona Biltmore, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee Wright's Bar and Spire Bar, two distinct luxury outlets. You will drive financial performance, manage daily operations, beverage programming, service standards, and develop management teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Minimum 5+ years in bar or hospitality management is required; a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Wright's Bar and Spire Bar, ensuring high standards.
• Develop seasonal beverage menus, control costs, and ensure SOPs.
• Lead staffing, recruit, train, and coach team; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and kitchen operations.
• Maintain health, safety, and guest experience standards.
• Drive financial performance, budgets, pricing, and promotions.
