Job summary

Brickell Luxury Motors in Miami, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Sales Associate to guide discerning clients through luxury vehicles from McLaren, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, BMW and more. You will deliver white-glove service, build relationships, and close deals in a sophisticated, high-performance showroom.

• Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for luxury and performance vehicles.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed at a high level.
• Professional, outgoing presence with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and select holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Conduct refined vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations highlighting performance and craftsmanship.
• Guide clients through the purchase process with elegance and transparency—closing deals with a consultative, pressure-free approach.
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up and exceptional service that generates repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on new model launches, exclusive features, promotions, and luxury industry trends.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and detailing teams to deliver a flawless client journey.
• Help maintain an immaculate showroom and meticulously presented inventory befitting a luxury brand.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking polished, client-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our luxury showroom. In this role, you will guide discerning customers through the discovery of their ideal high-performance or luxury vehicle, create memorable ownership experiences, and cultivate long-term relationships in a sophisticated, tech-forward environment.
