Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a General Manager for both resident and touring shows in the United States. The role reports to the Vice President, Commercial, and is responsible for maximizing long-term value, P&L ownership, and operational excellence across a matrix organization.

The position may be based in a single market long-term or involve relocation and travel for touring productions. Strong leadership, commercial acumen and guest-experience focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the show's P&L, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Lead forecast cycles, monthly business reviews and KPI management.
• Drive commercial growth across ticketing, sponsorships and merchandise.
• Ensure a world-class guest experience aligned with Cirque du Soleil standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners in a matrix environment.
