Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial, the General Manager is the enterprise leader accountable for maximizing the long-term value of their show through commercial growth, disciplined P&L management, operational excellence, talent leadership and an exceptional guest experience.
The General Manager owns the show’s full P&L and leads through influence in a matrix environment, aligning Centers of Expertise and local teams around clear business priorities, performance outcomes and brand standards.
This leader is expected to run the show through data, insight and disciplined business rhythms, including forecasting, business reviews, KPI management, revenue optimization and proactive risk management.
Success measures: Revenue versus budget; EBITDA versus budget; Forecast accuracy; Margin improvement; Cash flow performance.
