Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a General Manager for resident and touring shows. This senior leader will own the show’s P&L, drive commercial growth, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across markets.

Reporting to the VP, Commercial, you will manage forecasting, performance reviews, and risk mitigation, while building partnerships with venues, sponsors and local stakeholders to sustain long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading P&L with accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
• Ability to lead across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and overall business leadership.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple streams (tickets, experiences, sponsorships).
• Own local revenue optimization including pricing, yield and demand generation.
• Lead guest experience and brand excellence to elevate Cirque du Soleil's reputation.
• Develop leadership capability and cross-functional execution across show teams.
