Whataburger is seeking a General Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas to lead a busy restaurant and maximize restaurant performance. You will guide Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

In this role you will be responsible for coaching staff, managing scheduling and budgets, driving hiring, and ensuring operations run smoothly from shift to shift.
