Job summary

Leader Emergency Vehicles, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking a General Manager for our California facility. The GM sets strategic direction to deliver high quality products while maximizing profitability and leading lean manufacturing initiatives across the plant.

You will oversee plant leadership, align operations with annual operating plans, manage financial targets including sales, EBITDA, and working capital, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading a business unit in manufacturing.
• Bi-Lingual in English and intermediate Spanish required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives across the plant.
• Directly supervise local business unit teams and project activities.
• Set strategic goals and lead talent development.
• Manage net sales, EBITDA, and working capital targets.
• Oversee order to cash processes and safety programs.
