Job summary

Leader Emergency Vehicles, a California-based ambulance manufacturer, seeks a senior leader to drive lean manufacturing, strategic planning, and profit growth. You will oversee cross-functional teams, set direction, manage budgets, and own the order-to-cash process in a safety‑driven environment.

You should bring a business degree (Master’s preferred), strong English/Spanish communication, and a proven track record in leadership and continuous improvement within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar; Master’s preferred.
• Bi-Lingual in English and intermediate Spanish required.
• Strategic visionary with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assumes leadership of lean manufacturing principles and drives continuous improvement.
• Leads and mentors the local business unit team across functions to deliver results.
• Sets strategic direction, plans, and targets aligned with annual operating plan.
• Oversees P&L, budgets, and financial reporting; analyzes industry trends.
• Directs order-to-cash activities and ensures safe, compliant operations.
