Job summary

Leader Emergency Vehicles, a LEV/Leader division in Southern California, is seeking a General Manager to lead lean manufacturing, drive annual targets, and oversee the order-to-cash process. The role requires a strong leader with financial acumen, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience in the specialty vehicle industry.

The manager will set strategic direction for the plant, supervise the local team, and champion safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• Experience as a leader/executive in manufacturing or related industry.
• Bi-lingual in English and intermediate Spanish is required.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement lean manufacturing across the plant/section.
• Directly supervise the local business unit team and manage project work.
• Set strategic direction and develop plans to hit annual targets (sales, EBITDA, working capital).
• Oversee order-to-cash processes including sales, distributors, invoicing.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and lead improvement activities.
• Drive new product development and maintain market competitiveness.
