Jersey Mike's Shoreline is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant's operations and build a high-performing team that delivers a superior guest experience. You will drive sales, manage labor and food costs, uphold brand standards, and mentor leaders across the restaurant.

The role emphasizes creating a positive culture, coaching Crew Members and Shift Leaders, and building strong community relationships while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Reliable transportation & dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods & lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required & provided.
• Must meet age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork and respect.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and a "Sub Above" experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs and profitability.
• Maintain Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness and service.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost controls to support performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members & Supervisors.
• Engage with the local community and represent the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans with Regional Manager.
