• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Ability to hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience and ensure every customer receives a 'Sub Above' experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance.
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyzing restaurant performance and implementing action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partnering with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team.
