Qualifications

• Previous experience in QSR food service or customer service is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Responsabilités

• Fostering a positive environment to boost store morale.
• Lead by example and manage the team; plan, monitor, appraise performance, and provide coaching.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training for Team Members.
• Complete all logs and paperwork.
• Staff appropriately to ensure prompt and friendly customer service.
• Ensure food quality and temperature are maintained for safety.
• Maintain equipment functionality and sanitation standards.
• Process returns and refunds and resolve customer complaints as needed.
• Prepare and package signature menu items accurately per recipes and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, food handling, and health regulations.
• Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Monitor, count, and order inventory; unpack deliveries and stock items.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing.
