Responsibilities

• Complete all logs and paperwork.
• Staff effectively to ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and temperatures controlled.
• Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare and package signature items accurately per recipes and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, food handling and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the entire restaurant and exterior areas.
• Oversee inventory counts and ordering; manage stock.
• Help control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute new product roll-outs with team training and marketing.
