106 Team Car Care West, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, train and supervise teammates, and uphold policies on attendance, safety and uniforms. You will oversee training, scheduling, and store meetings, ensuring smooth daily performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll manage inventory, budgeting, and P/L considerations, coordinate maintenance, and supervise POS systems, while promoting a safe, high-service environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving guest service excellence.
• Ability to train and supervise employees and enforce policies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and POS/operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee inventory, cost of goods, and ordering/receiving.
• Manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and store profitability.
• Maintain building and equipment including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Supervise and train teammates, schedule, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure cash controls and LP policy compliance.
• Attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings.
• Open/close the store and handle daily/periodic paperwork.
