Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking an experienced restaurant leader in Mansfield, TX to drive daily brand execution and front/back-of-house operations. You will oversee a 40-seat team, ensure spotless cleanliness, and push Same Store Sales growth while maintaining strong guest satisfaction and timely service.

The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years managing teams, talent development, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Live by Mo’ Bettahs values and aloha spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to motivate and lead staff.
• Willingness to obtain trainings and certifications as needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Competent in all FOH & BOH position.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH.
• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth.
• Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times.
• Primary contact for customer service and management of reviews.
• Execute quality food following Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with leadership.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, staffing guides, ordering, inventory.
