Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Blair, NE seeks a General Manager to drive guest experience and store performance. You will coach a team to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence and budgeting responsibilities.

You’ll mentor the Assistant GM and lead weekly leadership calls, shaping the store's vision and results. You will manage talent, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while acting as a brand advocate and ensuring every Guest, Every Time, across a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and hire the best talent
• Develop and mentor your sales team
• Coach and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Own store numbers including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Mentor Assistant General Manager and lead weekly leadership calls
• Communicate company objectives to the team and execute on priorities
