Job summary

Brothers Bar & Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations in Columbus, OH. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, budgeting, cost control, and compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and ensure food quality, beverage presentation, and cleanliness meet brand standards. You’ll also handle guest relations and support marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience in restaurant and bar operations.
• Guest service and hospitality focus with guest issue resolution.
• Budgets, cost control, and financial metrics understanding.
• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior restaurant management or hospitality leadership role.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
