GasWerks in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Bar & Grill General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality food presentation and guest experiences.

You will oversee Front of House and Back of House, coach staff, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction during busy periods and special events.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants.
• At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry.
• Desire to grow as a leader and daily improve as a professional.

GasWerks, Columbus, OH has an immediate opening for a full-time Bar & Grill General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for all of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, ensuring quality food presentation and fantastic guest experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Overseeing both Front of House and Back of House Operations

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or bar experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated for success
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
