Brothers Bar & Grill, Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee all aspects of bar and grill operations. The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Expect a demanding, fast-paced environment with overtime opportunities for high performance. The ideal candidate will have prior bartending/serving experience, strong organizational skills, and a motivated leadership style aimed at delivering

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous bartending and/or serving experiences
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated for success
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
