Qualifications

• Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and reporting tools.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and address gaps to improve results.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and compliance with standards.
• Build and manage labor schedules to balance needs and experience.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product usage to minimize waste.
• Ensure accurate product ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain accountability for controllable expenses and drive efficiency.
• Ensure a consistent guest experience through brand standards.
• Address guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring positive resolution.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and environment.
• Lead by example by working in all areas during peak periods.
• Sustain 5S and Brand Standards for efficiency and guest experience.
