You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional hospitality and strong financial results. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in restaurant management, and the ability to train staff using Chipotle’s comprehensive programs.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
• Ability to recruit and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Be guest obsessed and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s tools.
• Direct the team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall restaurant financial performance and cash flow plan.
• Lead across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
