In this role you will manage daily operations, control costs, mentor hourly staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years GM experience in full‑service restaurants and a track record of growing guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (3) years GM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service to our guests
• Lead, motivate, and manage departmental managers and staff to meet performance standards
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion
• Optimizing profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
• Hiring, training and developing new team members
• Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
• Maintain an overall management style and professionalism in accordance with our established best practices
