Urban Egg is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage transactional duties with professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for hospitality to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will direct staff, assist with scheduling, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain standards of service that reflect Urban Egg’s brand.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and guest-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Daytime and weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain an overall management style and professionalism in accordance with established best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
• Assist with team member scheduling.
• Complete all duties assigned by GM and AGM.
• Handle cash drawer balancing and ensure daily sales reports are processed in absence of GM.
