Flynn Arby’s is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service. You will mentor a team, optimize inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while ensuring strict adherence to food safety rules.

The ideal candidate will have proven GM experience in a fast-paced food/hospitality setting, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial performance. Evening and weekend availability is required for this role.
