Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service across a high-volume restaurant. You will mentor a diverse team, manage inventory and staffing, and uphold food safety and company policies in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has proven GM experience in food/hospitality, strong leadership, and solid analytical skills to improve financial performance. Evening/ weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and meticulous, with multi-task prioritization.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
