Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, profitability, and guest experience. You will lead the team, drive engagement, and ensure high standards across service and food safety.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in restaurant management, strong knowledge of labor laws and safety, and a passion for training teams to deliver exceptional guest moments.

Qualifications

• Preferably 4+ years of restaurant/quick service or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or prior general manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation, alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and direct staff, drive change, and train develop teams.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall restaurant operations and financial health.
• Provide leadership, development and engagement of all team members and shift managers.
• Create legendary experiences for guests.
