Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experiences, and manage a restaurant leadership team. You will oversee marketing, labor, and food safety, while ensuring strong P&L results and staff development.

The role requires 4–5 years of restaurant management and a deep understanding of health codes, safety, and training programs. This position is on-site at a Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General GM experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of labor laws, health codes and sanitation.
• Ability to train and develop team members and supervise a management staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage the management team.
• Lead local marketing efforts and monitor Profit and Loss results.
• Drive performance through training, engagement and accountability.
• Oversee community involvement and fundraising activities.
