Job summary

AtSeva Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its properties in Ohio. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and a thriving team culture while upholding the company’s family-centered values.

The GM will own the full P&L, oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and sales, and ensure brand compliance across audits and inspections. This leadership role requires a hands-on, flexible approach and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of GM or AGM experience in a branded or independent hotel
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and maintaining guest satisfaction scores
• Strong leadership and team development skills across departments in full-service or select-service hotels
• Experience with hotel PMS; franchise brand experience (IHG, Hilton, Marriott, or similar) preferred
• Flexible, hands-on leadership with ability to work across shifts and remain on-call when needed
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and sales
• Own the property’s full P&L, managing revenue, expenses, labor costs, and capex
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability
• Drive revenue through pricing strategy, occupancy management, and local market awareness
• Ensure brand compliance and lead quality assurance audits and inspections
• Build relationships with guests, community partners, and vendors
• Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities and gaps
• Champion safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards
