Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.
• Own restaurant performance including guest experience, team development and operational results.
• Lead a high-performing team to deliver guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Own labor scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness to company standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Noodlers into future leaders.
• Partner with operations to drive local restaurant marketing and performance.
