Precision Door Service is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our Service, Sales, and Warehouse operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will own a fast-paced, customer-focused business and guide cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of meeting revenue targets while maintaining quality service. On-site position with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in service, sales, or operations leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in home services, construction, or a related trade industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, sales staff, and warehouse personnel.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics to meet and exceed business goals.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse organization to support field operations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving escalated issues.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
