Nothing but Noodles is seeking an experienced General Manager for our Lexington location. You will lead both front and back of house operations, recruit and develop a strong leadership team, and drive sales while controlling costs to maximize profitability.

You’ll ensure top food quality, speedy service, and exceptional guest experience, all while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Join a fast-growing brand with leadership development and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast casual or full-service restaurant (GM or multi-unit leadership preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, labor forecasting, and cost management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on management style with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
