The ideal candidate has proven GM experience in food service, strong leadership and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
