Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a General Manager to blaze their own trail at our restaurant. You will lead with energy, coach teams, recruit staff, and foster a culture of exceptional guest interactions and consistent product quality.

You will manage scheduling, ordering, and controllable costs to support a $1.5mm–$2.5mm operation, monitor service metrics, and drive profitability. Blaze Pizza offers competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic self-starter with strong leadership.
• High School diploma; college degree a plus.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• 4 years of operations management in Quick Service or Casual Dining.
• Proven skills in employee and guest satisfaction; financial performance.
• Basic computer literacy and data analytics knowledge.
• Experience in manager selection, coaching and development.
• Good oral/written communication with team-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to deliver great guest interactions and consistent product quality.
• Recruit and equip employees to deliver excellent guest service.
• Coach managers and team members through performance conversations.
• Build a healthy bench of capable Managers and Team Members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to meet targets.
• Ensure health and safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Monitor service metrics to meet performance targets.
• Protect profitability by managing labor and costs.
