Job summary

Blaze Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure standout guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff, and uphold Blaze standards for quality, cleanliness and service. The role emphasizes leadership, training and brand culture as the restaurant grows.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Strong math and P&L knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Full availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 50-hour weeks.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead management staff in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Perform administrative duties including cash handling and inventory.
• Interview, hire and train new team members to build Blaze brand and culture.
• Oversee a diverse team to maintain high pizza quality, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Provide daily feedback and conduct performance reviews to develop the team.
• Foster a fast, courteous and positive guest experience; work as a team player.
