Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead management staff in daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawers and manage inventories and food safety standards.
• Interview, hire and train team members; provide daily feedback and reviews.
• Oversee a diverse team delivering high-quality pizzas and maintaining cleanliness.
• Develop the team through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive guest experience with fast, courteous service.
