Responsibilities

• Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals.
• Report financial measures and transactions accurately.
• Oversee inventory to ensure merchandise availability at all times.
• Ensure quality control calls on new lease agreements within 1 business day.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained within safe operating standards.
• Process bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Price, reclassify, and manage returned merchandise as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing store team.
• Schedule staff to meet store hours and customer demand.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer relationships.
• Manage renewal activity for existing accounts.
• Authorize returns with emphasis on customer ownership.
• Ensure execution of all customer service programs and policies.
