Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or service industry.
• Ability to work a 50-hour week (fixed schedule).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physically able to stand, move quickly, and work on your feet.
