Job summary

Jimmy John's in the Charlotte area is seeking Assistant Store Managers to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will maintain store standards, lead by example, and ensure service and cleanliness meet Jimmy John's high expectations.

We provide extensive management training, opportunities for internal promotion, and a culture built on excellence and teamwork. Prior management experience is welcomed but not required, and you can grow into a salaried leadership role.

Qualifications

• Able to work at least 44 hours per week.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 6 months of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)/ Fast Food experience - managerial experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store operations with the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in excellent order and staff perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Lead by example and execute procedures with 100% integrity.
• Exceeding customer expectations in regards to service and store cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and motivate crew members.
• Prepare labor schedules and product projections.
