Job summary

Taste Buds Kitchen in Montclair, NJ is seeking a General Manager & Lead Culinary Instructor to teach our cooking and baking classes, drive sales, and oversee daily operations and staff within our Kitchen Studio. You will create outstanding client experiences and lead a close-knit team.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required as we host events 7 days a week. Prior leadership in hospitality or culinary settings is essential for success.

• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse age groups and in hospitality settings.
• Experience in events-based business or hospitality environments.
