Taste Buds Kitchen - Greenlawn is seeking a General Manager & Lead Culinary Instructor to lead day-to-day operations and teach cooking classes. You will manage staff, coordinate events, and create an exceptional client experience in our Kitchen Studio.

You will mentor a growing team in a fast-paced environment, handling HR tasks, scheduling, and operations while ensuring high cleanliness and branding standards. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team environment.
• Experience training staff and managing schedules.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Experience working in events and activities business.
• 1-3 years in a management position.
• Business or management degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Open availability including nights and weekends due to events 7 days a week.
• Assist owner in setup and running of the business; spend 50-75% time instructing initially.
• Instruct cooking classes, camps, and parties for wide age range.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and guests.
• Assist HR in hiring, training, scheduling and developing staff.
