Taste Buds Kitchen is seeking a General Manager & Lead Culinary Instructor to drive success in our Kitchen Studio. You will teach cooking classes, oversee daily operations and staff, and create an outstanding client experience while leading a close-knit team.

You will play a pivotal role in events, classes and guest interactions, ensuring top-notch service and branding across all activities. This position blends teaching with business leadership in a vibrant culinary setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and train staff.
• Experience working in events business.
• 1-3 years in a management role.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest focus.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Open availability including nights and weekends as events occur 7 days a week.
• Spend initial 50-75% of time instructing classes; grow team and business over time.
• Instruct cooking classes, camps, and parties for a wide age range.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and developing the team.
• Ensure policies, systems and cleanliness standards are maintained.
