Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant in delivering bold Louisiana flavor and outstanding guest service. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and own financial results while building a positive, high-energy team culture.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of P&L concepts. Flexible hours and a commitment to guest excellence are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
