Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our first Beverly Hills store in Los Angeles. You will build a high-performing team, set operational standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

This role blends hospitality with rapid growth and community integration. You will drive brand excellence, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and uphold safety and quality across all locations as Blank Street scales in LA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality and/or retail brands.
• Experience managing large hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering; California Fair Chance Act notice included for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging culture for employees.
• Consistently train, coach and mentor your team; oversee scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Build and publish schedules in compliance with state/local labor laws.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, waste management and requisitions.
• Be a brand ambassador and maintain product quality standards across stores.
• Lead operations audits, safety and cleanliness to ensure DOH-grade readiness.
• Develop ties with neighbors to grow local brand loyalty and drive store performance.
• Collaborate with Blank Street leadership to share best practices across locations.
