Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead the restaurant operation end-to-end. You will build a strong team, drive excellent guest experiences, manage P&L, and ensure safe, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires minimum three years of restaurant/retail leadership, the ability to work long hours, ServeSafe certification, and a track record of hiring and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Experience with sales growth, P&L statements, recruiting and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations end-to-end and ensure safe, welcoming service.
