Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Must work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
- Schedule and deploy the team effectively to meet business needs.
- Monitor performance and uphold standards and safety.
- Manage cash handling and cost controls to minimize losses.
