Border Foods LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold core values, and drive exceptional guest experiences through a strong culture of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and empowerment.

You will manage the full operation, recruit and develop a top-performing team, control costs, and ensure safe, friendly service while delivering top-tier pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience (or combined experience and education).
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; 50+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive fast, friendly service and a quality guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, cost controls, and inventory to meet business goals.
