The High Companies seek a General Manager for Tempo by Hilton Bethlehem, opening 2027 in Bethlehem, PA. This on-site leadership role directs overall hotel operations, guest services, and F&B while driving financial performance and brand standards.

The GM will build and lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and foster a culture focused on exceptional guest experiences and sustainable growth for the new Tempo property.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years hotel management or operations leadership experience required.
• Experience in a full-service, lifestyle, or branded hotel environment preferred.
• Food & beverage leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Aufgaben

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, sales, and coworker engagement.
• Ensures exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and responding to feedback.
• Leads, develops, and supports hotel leadership teams and coworkers through recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Oversees all food & beverage operations to ensure profitability, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
• Develops and executes business strategies, operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and revenue initiatives.
• Monitors hotel performance metrics and drives continuous improvement for guest satisfaction and financial results.
